We felt right at home and the location couldn’t have been more convenient. The space was beautiful and comfortable with lots of added details/convenient items for guests. Would definitely book again.

Great location with a complementary dedicated parking space. Arrangements were made where our additional car was registered with the aspen traffic department so we did not get a ticket for parking on the street. It was immediately across the parking lot to a nice little park. Both bathrooms have been renovated and are very nice and clean. The bed linens are good quality. The only possible drawback is that there is no air conditioner. At night we opened the balcony doors and our bedrooms were cool enough.

This is a great place, especially if you actually plan to cook. The kitchen is very well equipped. The entertainment system is excellent and the location, close to City Market and the Aspen Gondola, is fantastic.

I booked Le Clairvaux 8 through McCarntney Property Management and I'd have to say that it was a fantastic experience dealing with the team, especially Bo and Bill. I gave them my criteria for a condo in aspen and their suggestion of Le Clairvaux 8 was perfect. It suited all of our needs (I was in a group of 3), is in an amazing location 2 blocks from the gondola and 1 block from City Market, and was very homely. We stayed for 9 nights and were sad to leave at the end. The apartment is well set out with a great living / dining space at the front overlooking ajax mountain, and two bedrooms / 2 bathrooms towards the rear (also with views). The apartment also has a great laundry and the kitchen is more than adequate. The only downside is that there is no hot tub, but the guys were kind enough to give us some passes to the local gym which is 3 blocks away and has great facilities (pool, hot tub, gym etc).A great stay overall and I can't wait to come back next year!
